Data Privacy & User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have signed in to our services using any of the following authentication methods and want to request deletion of your data, please follow the steps below:

Supported Authentication Methods:

  • Apple
  • Google/Gmail
  • Microsoft/Outlook

Data Deletion Request Process:

  1. Send an email to support@merliniq.cloud with the subject: Data Deletion Request
  2. Include the email associated with your account and specify which authentication method you used (Apple, Google/Gmail, or Microsoft/Outlook).
  3. We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.
  4. You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.

If you cannot email, you may alternatively request deletion through our support portal.
