Note: Reports on dedicated capacity plans are exempt from this policy and will not be disabled. We encourage customers with high-resource reports to consider upgrading to a dedicated capacity plan for uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• MerlinIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using the Services during the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in harmful or unlawful activities
• Misuse the platform

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law
